We only accept categories where our professional liability insurance and internal process cover the risk. Categories under-3 toys, cosmetics, medical, food, pyrotechnics and vehicle batteries are refused by default.

Technical file, EU declaration of conformity, instructions, labelling — kept for 10 years in our archive.

Response to authorities

DGCCRF, customs, EU authorities: we handle it and keep you informed. 5 business day SLA.

Cooperation on incidents

Product recall, Safety Gate notification, consumer complaint — we coordinate the procedure.

Compliance check

Before acceptance, we verify CE/EN marking, instructions, manufacturer contact.

Alert forwarding

Any alert or complaint is forwarded via the SaaS, archived and tracked.

    We send you the pre-filled GPSR mandate to sign (PDF, electronic signature).

    You upload your products to your GPSR catalog. We review each sheet before publication.

    Once accepted: our contact details automatically replace your EU Responsible block on the listing and PDF sheet.
