1. Seller identification
The “EU Seller Kit” service is published and operated by {{COMPANY_NAME}}, SIREN {{SIREN}}, with its registered office at {{COMPANY_ADDRESS}}. Contact: {{CONTACT_EMAIL}}. See the legal notice.
2. Scope of the service
The service notably enables users to:
- run EORI, VAT, IOSS and GPSR compliance diagnostics;
- prepare and, where included in the purchased offer, arrange submission of an EORI application using information supplied by the user;
- generate product-compliance documents, checklists and content;
- use calculation, document-review and connected-store synchronisation tools.
Applying for an EORI number with customs is free. Charges cover the services described in the selected offer. The service does not provide legal or tax advice. Users remain responsible for the accuracy of supplied information, their eligibility and compliance with their obligations.
3. Price, subscription and payment
- The free diagnostic and limits of the free plan are shown on the website.
- Prices, features, quotas, monthly or annual billing periods and any one-off purchases are those displayed at checkout.
- Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at each billing date until cancelled.
- Payment is made by card through Stripe. Applicable taxes are shown before confirmation.
4. Performance and delivery
After payment confirmation, the purchased plan features or digital deliverable are made available in the account. Stated timeframes for manual services are estimates. Decision or registration times imposed by an authority or third party are outside the seller’s control.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal under the conditions set by the French Consumer Code. Under Article L.221-28, this right may be excluded for digital content supplied immediately without a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and express acknowledgement that the right is lost.
Where the user requests that a service begin before the withdrawal period ends, the user remains liable for the proportion performed up to notice of withdrawal, unless a statutory exclusion applies.
Refunds
Any request concerning a technical failure or an undelivered service must be sent to {{CONTACT_EMAIL}}. After review, the seller will restore the service, provide the deliverable again or refund the affected service where required by law or contract.
6. Service conformity
The seller uses reasonable efforts to provide the service as described and keep information current. Regulations and administrative practices change, so users must verify important decisions against official sources or with a qualified professional.
7. Liability
The seller is not liable for:
- inaccurate, incomplete or fraudulent information and documents supplied by the user;
- a refusal or delay by an authority, marketplace or other third party;
- use of the service contrary to its purpose or supplied instructions;
- temporary interruptions required for maintenance or security, or caused by events outside its reasonable control.
8. Personal data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy.
9. Cancellation
Users may cancel a subscription from their account or in writing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless mandatory law provides otherwise. The seller may suspend access for non-payment, fraud, security threats or a material breach of these terms.
10. Consumer mediation
After a prior written complaint remains unresolved, a consumer may use the following mediator free of charge: {{MEDIATOR_NAME}} — {{MEDIATOR_URL}}.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. After an attempt at amicable settlement, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts designated by applicable law. For business-to-business relationships, jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of {{JURISDICTION}}.
